Our vision is to provide an exemplar office environment within Tyttenhanger House and the surrounding outbuildings and landscape with an emphasis on wellness and sustainability. The company is proactively seeking the opportunity to further increase the beneficial use of the site with a focus on collaboration and education as well as delivering high quality office space for micro and small enterprises.

Our significant investments since purchase have spanned IT service upgrades, security improvements, further increasing parking provision, landscape enhancements, life safety systems overhaul, M&E resilience as well as refurbished ground, first and second floor offices, first floor WCs and main Reception. During 2024/5 we are focusing on the refurbishment of all the common parts (both stair cases and all corridors) as well as vacant first and second floor offices. The design for the East Wing project is being finalised and should be implemented during 2025. This project comprises the complete refurbishment of the main kitchen, two meeting rooms, WCs and showers and the conversion of the ground floor Annexe into a stunning new office space.
