Barhale Properties purchased Tyttenhanger Park in Q4 2018 with a firm commitment to enhancing the legacy of this historic property. Our vision is to provide an exemplar office environment within Tyttenhanger House and the surrounding outbuildings and landscape with an emphasis on wellness and sustainability. The company is proactively seeking the opportunity to further increase the beneficial use of the site with a focus on collaboration and education as well as delivering high quality office space for micro and small enterprises.

Our investment since purchase has focused on IT Service upgrades, security improvements, further increasing parking provision and landscape enhancements. During 2023 we are focusing on the refurbishment of further office suites (complete), the First Floor WCs (complete), the Reception (ongoing) and upgrade to our life safety systems (substantially complete) and a new water pump installation (substantially complete). Our plans for 2024 include the refurbishment of the kitchen, meeting room, and staircases, as well as the intention to create new office spaces within the ground floor Annexe.
