Barhale Properties seeks approval for major renovation and new office spaces

Barhale Properties have submitted the Listed Building Consent application for their highly anticipated “Common Parts” scheme. This next phase of investment will transform the impressive staircases and corridors as well as incorporating new electrical and heating distribution throughout the property. We’ll also be creating a further 2000sqft of refurbished offices across three 1^st and 2^nd floor suites ranging from 450 to 900sqft as part of the project.
