Barhale Properties are delighted to welcome McConnell Group to Tyttenhanger Park on a 5 year lease. The company have taken the recently refurbished +2,000sqft Ground Floor suite in the Main House. McConnell was founded in Scotland in 1929 and are a main contractor operating in the Construction sector, specialising in refurbishment and regeneration projects for a number of clients including Local Authorities & Social Housing Landlords, and more specialist clients such as the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Thames Water. McConnell Head Office is based in Scotland, and they have a further office in Dartford which is the centre for their Southern Region.

 Chris Doyle (Regional Director) commented, “We’re really excited to be moving into Tyttenhanger Park. As part of the continued and planned growth and success of the McConnell business, we have recently opened our Central Region and Tyttenhanger House will be the main office serving this region.
